Dr. Hazim is committed to providing you and your family with comprehensive, quality dental care. Ethical, professional, and committed to excellence, Dr. Hazim understands that confidence and comfort are vital elements in providing outstanding dental care. Through the use of technology and comfort measures, he strives to minimize the apprehension that many people feel when visiting the dentist.
Dr. Hazim is a member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association. A graduate of Loyola University, Dr. Hazim has undergone continuing education at the Pankey Institute and has received accreditation from the Western Regional Examining Board.

Maria
I have been Dr. Hazim’s office manager since 2004. I am blessed to be part of such a special team that is really more like a part of my family. Working for Dr. Hazim has provided me the privilege of getting to know the patients. It is a joy to come to work knowing our patients are getting the quality dental care they need and deserve.
Jade
I’m originally from Michigan and moved to the Dallas area in February of 2008. I have been in the dental field for over 2 years. I am thrilled to be a part of Dr. Hazim’s team. I enjoy spending time my family and friends. I love all outdoor activities especially being out on the lake.
Adrienne
I have been a hygienist w/Dr. Hazim since March of 2006. I have been in dentistry since July of 1997. I started as a Dental Assistant and wanted to further my education to become a Dental Hygienist. I graduated from hygiene school in May of 2001. I strive to give my patients the most individualized care and treat everyone as if they are part of my family. I look forward to taking care of you in the near future.
Shideh
I have been Dr. Hazim’s dental assistant since 2007. I truly enjoy going to work because they are like my family. I am a people person and love getting to know our patients. I am married and have a son.
Priscilla
I am originally from California and have been in Texas for 16 years. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 13 years and have a son, a daughter and a 5 year old grandson that I adore.
I am Dr. Hazim’s lead assistant, I have worked chair side with him for 11 years and I’m still constantly amazed by the care, quality and attention to detail he puts into his work with each patient. I really love my job and the people I am privileged to work with everyday; very few people can say that. Our office staff is one big happy family and I’m very happy to be a part of it. Please stop in for a visit and we will make you part of our family too.
Christy
I have been a part of Dr. Hazim’s dental team for the past 10 years. I have been a dental hygienist since 1996 receiving my Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University. I strive to provide treatment for each patient comfortably and thoroughly helping each one have the healthiest mouth possible.
Kim
I grew up in the Military so I have lived in many areas of the world, but Northern California is home for me. For the past 34 years I have called Texas my home. I raised my 3 grown children here and they now live around the DFW area. I have 10 grandchildren and I enjoy spending my time with them.
I started working in the dental field in 1988 as a lead surgery dental assistant for a Pedodontist. Over the years, I have worked in many areas of dentistry. Now I enjoy working in the office setting.
I started working at Dr Hazim’s office March 2011. We have a wonderful staff and our patients are priceless.
